PRIVACY INFORMATION REGARDING ARTICLE 13 OF ITALIAN LAW D.L.GS.196/2003

Dear Client/Supplier
We inform you that Italian law D.lgs. No.196 of June 30 2003 (the law regarding the protection of personal data, subsequently referred to as 'the law') protects the privacy of individuals and other subjects whose personal data is handled by third parties.
Under the terms of Article 13 of Italian law D.lgs. No.196/2003:
a) Any personal data - identification - of a sensitive or legal nature acquired by third parties will be used with respect of the law in force and of privacy and professional-secrecy obligations, exclusively for management or administrative purposes in compliance with the aims for which the contract was entered into and for purposes related to and/or necessary for the execution of the contract, excluding any use that is different to and/or in conflict with it.
b) Your personal information will be handled according to the principles of correctness, legality, transparency and the protection of privacy and it will be handled and stored on electronic and paper formats.
c) The concession of personal data - identification - of a sensitive or legal nature is facultative and not obligatory, although the data of clients and suppliers are necessary for the execution of contractual agreements.
d)    The data can be communicated to:
- finance and tax offices, public authorities and all bodies tasked with checking and controlling that the abovementioned conditions are complied with;         
- personnel and collaborators tasked with handling the data for the abovementioned purposes;
- subjects that are external to our organization with whom we have specific agreements regarding the measures adopted to guarantee the security of data entrusted to them and, in any case, the data will be handled exclusively for the abovementioned purposes.
e)  O.D.C.ITALIA SRL has drafted a D.P.S. (Documento Programmatico della Sicurezza - Security Programme Document) in which the measures it has adopted to safeguard data are outlined and described.
Finally, we inform you that the data and documentation necessary and pertinent to agreements undertaken will be stored for a maximum period of 10 years. The data handled via electronic means will be cancelled upon the completion of the contract, except for those pertinent to - and not surplus to - successive commissions from the same client.
